I redesigned the online booking process for Maison Sisley, allowing users to select their treatment, choose the date and time, and complete their reservation with a secure payment. As the Product Designer, I optimized the user experience by building on the existing checkout process, which is familiar and intuitive for our customers, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly journey while improving conversion rates.
